no..cause i already finished said packs of jigs, bought at the rickers on the corner of mcgalliard and walnut.
and i tried my hardest to keep from smoking at all.
oh, THOSE jigs I'll never smoke. well, christmas comes but once a year whether you're trying to smoke or not smoke at all.

read recently that researchers found people have more success stopping if they start using the patch two weeks before they actually start tapering off the smokes. (she said "the smokes". cute.) b/c you're already getting the nicotine consistently from the patch, it takes the thrill out of the ones you smoke. two weeks of thrill taking out-ishness helps you get over it, i guess.
i think the coughing and the phlegm are the biggest reasons not to stop. ;-) i kid. i kid because i love.
